Frontrange Solutions IP Office Suite/Contact Center

IP Office Suite is the latest VOIP product from Frontrange Solutions. This is a core communications framework, used by IP Contact Center suite, as well as by GoldMine Voice, Heat Voice, ITSM Voice solutions.

SIP Communications Server is a core call switching component, RFC 3261 compliant.

  • application selector chooses right application, based on various criteria, such as ANI, DNIS, system properties, date or time of a day, etc.
  • choice of Common Data Speaker profiles;
  • 3-rd party ASR engine integration;
  • using default or 3-rd party TTS engines for dynamic prompt generations;

Unified messaging is a voice mail system which enables:
  • automated attendant telephony access to the voicemail box;
  • e-mail access to the voicemail box;
  • sending voice mails to e-mail recipients;
  • message waiting indicator (MWI) lights up a desktop's phone lamp.

Bundled SIP SoftPhone is a standard rfc 3261 based endpoint, which supports call:
  • hold;
  • retrieve

  • transfer
  • blind transfer;
  • consult transfer;
  • conference;
  • recording.

Configuration web portal allows "access from anywhere" for real-time reconfiguration of any application within IPOS.
Installation of suite is provided with single installer, which brings up ready to go configuration.
