How would you rate CrownCloud vs Vultr? $25.00/year is a lot less than $5.00/m I am getting with Vultr.

I agree.Vultr started out at $2.50 a month with 50 cents more for backups. Now it's $5 a month plus an extra $1 for backups.
We're big fans of CrownCloud, and they have been very supportive of the Incredible PBX platform with images of all our products that can be installed in a matter of minutes. We still use Vultr as our sandbox. But most of our production servers are running under CrownCloud now.

Wayback Machine shows CrownCloud chugging along for more than 10 years. They are based out of Australia. They've been hosting Incredible PBX 2020, 2021, and 2022 images for more than 2 years with zero complaints. We've been using them since June, 2019.How long has crowncloud been around and how long have you been using it in production?
In the off days, we use rsync to get the main files to a separate server.
I setup extensions to email and then delete the VM, and I let the email system do backups. Maybe that's the wrong approach?By the way, a major reason for keeping recordings on a separate server is that eliminates a major problem with the VM's on these sites that limit you to like 25GB, your call recordings can eat that up quickly.
