SUGGESTIONS CRM for Incredible PBX and PIAF

I am looking for a CRM software to integrate with piaf and/or incredible pbx(tried googling I didn't get the results I wanted). Basically I just want to get everyone under there when they call in, they have the reason typed in, kind of like a call log (which we do manually by hand on paper) since I really want to save paper.

Any ideas? I'm open to suggestions.

Yes, sugarCRM. Works pretty well for basic stuff, and the community edition is free.

Looks nice. Anyone loaded this on their IncrediblePBX to have it interface and how much extra resources did it require?

I was able to get it up and running but I am having a little bit of trouble getting it to work along side ipbx.

It depends on your needs. A lot of small-medium businesses tend to go with SugarCRM. Salesforce is always reliable too, both for small and large organizations. There's also MS Dynamics with a lot of relevant functionality. That's just to name a few. And if you're looking for a way to integrate PIAF with these systems of record/CRMs, I suggest that you check Tenfold. One of its features is automatic call logging. All your calls—inbound and outbound—is automatically saved in the CRM. It saves time by eliminating useless clicks and yes, it saves you paper.

I already wrote here in Forum that is possible to use Informity Module to do an integration of Incredible PBX with Bitrix24, but this will be an expensive solution when you have a small company.
Any suggestion to use a CRM with Incredibile PBX? or Anyother Solution?
