Hello:

Not my week...

Followed Revolutionary VoIP - http://nerdvittles.com/?p=22374 but when I visit the ip with my browser I get:

Welcome to nginx on Debian!

That's perfectly normal assuming that you've used the default ports during the installation which is 5000 and 5001.

That means that in order to access the Management Console you need to visit

http://IP_or_FQDN:5000 (only available locally)
https://IP_or_FQDN:5001

Still not working for me...

The tutorial states: "When the initial setup finishes, choose the Web Interface Wizard and complete the install using your favorite web browser."

I do not recall seeing anything about "Web Interface Wizard" - when/where does such a choice occur?

It appears in the SSH/Putty CLI at the end of the initial install process.

PIAF5 is a very quick install. Why don't you start over. Pay close attention to the console (screen connected to the computer you are installing on) as it's installing and VERY close attention to the PORTS you are supposed to use. The process they use where you are working with one set of ports for the setup and another to continue can easily be overlooked. At different stages each of the web pages may or may not be enabled yet which would yield a different potentially confusing result.
