Hi guys,

my first post to a forum that has helped me out so many times, so a big thank you to start with.

Now to my problem: I do have a number of Incredible PBX 12 (yes, I know it is EOL), that just run so never upgraded them. Will they be affected by Sangoma's action on Feb17 and stop working?
I can see posts for Incredible PBX13, but nothing for 12.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Michael

Almost certainly not. Sangoma has not revoked anything yet, and the only revocation threatened is for the allegedly inappropriately signed Clearly IP key, which only impacts users of ClearlyIP modules (which includes IPBX2020).

The odds of them actually revoking the older master key are nil. They are not going to break every FreePBX install all at once. It will stay as is for older installs that haven't been updated.

They will migrate any updated modules to the new key, They'll probably update most all the v14 and v15 modules in short order. I'd expect they will leave v12 and v13 alone.

Thanks for the quick response and clarification. Looks like I will not have a hectic weekend then.

I am in the same boat as ozymike.
Is it possible to block outgoing traffic to Sangoma's servers to ensure that there will be no "update" of the pbx modules or the signing keys. Until I move my PBX to another software platform I would like to "freeze" it completely with respect to any updates, or upgrades.
Is there a list of IP addresses or FQDNs of Sangoma's servers that I can block out on my main firewall?
