Hi Team, We are facing strange issue with Grandstream and Polycom phones using Incredible PBX 13 (I know it is outdated and we are planning to move Incredible 20). Some of the phones are going unreachable after some time as a result they are not receiving calls but still can make calls and if we restart it starts working for some time.

When I noticed further, some of the extension are registered with port number 5060, 46XX, 5062. Mostly issues are with port number 46XX. Not sure why all these extensions are registering with different different port numbers.

RTP Range: 10000- 20000
Bind port number: 5065

Are the phones and the PBX on the same local network?

On the Grandstream phones, change NAT mode to "Keep Alive." That fixes this issue for me.

1) Set qualify frequency to 60 (seconds) on the extension of the PBX
2) (Most important piece) - change the register expires to 1 (minute) ... for the grandstream, its most likely P32 = 1

That should fix you up

Oh - and they register with different port numbers to make them uniquely identifiable ... that's your NAT doing that part.
