Any one have idea about the tax and fee calculator or software to do this

Well you just can't charge taxes and fees to end users without being registered to do so. So that will require getting registered with the proper federal and state bodies in order to have the ability to pass taxes/fees through to end users.

He only asked about calculator or s/w to determine what the numbers should be. Not how to register and do it.

I understand that but what is the end use of said calculator or software? To generate how much taxes and fees should be applied to a line item on a bill. Telecom taxes are rather complicated, require multiple sources of data and are fluid as they adjust quarterly in most cases. So this is not going to be a free service for the most part, even with Skytel there is a cost of being a Skytel customer.

My questions is, we need to take the fee of the customer

I'm not sure this is much better. Are you asking if you need to charge the customer? Are you looking at charging taxes to end users? If so, where from?

If you're asking for tax advice on whether to collect, what to collect, how to collect, or where to send ... I think you really need to be talking to a tax accountant on this. There are several that specialize in the telecom industry, and I recommend you read and reach out to @Skyetel whom are very open to lending a hand to folks in this area. I've found their knowledge and willingness to share a very nice shining light in this industry.

I am in NY

HAH! So we're basically right back to my original reply to all of this. You need to be registered with the proper regulatory bodies to be able to charge and pass taxes along to your customers. It also stops your upstream providers from charging you a bunch of taxes and fees. Remember what ever taxes/fees you collect *YOU* have to remit them to the proper bodies.

But as I said before you need to be registered with all the right places. You can't even charge sales tax in the state unless you've registered with the state of NY to do so. Same goes with the rest. Now the Skyetel option is a valid option but that's going to require you to signup with Skyetel so you can use their calculator or even their billing system to do all this but it is all moot because you don't have the permission or right to actually charge your end users these taxes.

We have resales tax ready in ny

OK, you have registered to do sales tax in NY. Now you have to do the registration for telecom taxes. If you're really serious about this you need to be consulting actual telecom tax and compliance specialist. Telecom taxes are complex.

We have some really good docs on this:

I'd suggest you check out this article. This is who you can call for help on this stuff:

Good luck!
