NO JOY Errors updating Admin/Modules

1) Bulk phone Restart - I presume needs a downgrade of OSS EPM

2) For ucpnode the required libraries not available (on Raspbian 10 Buster. apt install icu libicu-devel BOTH NOT FOUND.
I managed to install with apt install libicu-dev # NOT libicu-devel but not found icu ??

3) I don't think that XMPP is needed or have I missed something?

I'm pretty sure you don't need ucpnode or xmpp.

Do this from the Admin > Modules screen:

Uninstall all three (UCP Node Server, XMPP, Bulk Phone Restart.) Apply changes. Reinstall bulk-restart.

You may need to play with bulk-restart after you sort out the OSS Endpoint Manager.

Looks like OSS Endpoint manager is still a no go on IncrediblePBX2021. If you don't install the Bulk Restart module, does the OSS work? I think a number of people have posted that it is not working.
