Hi Team, I am using Incredible PBX 2020 15.0.16.75. We have a strange issue with only one extension, all incoming calls (Internal and External) calls are routing to voicemail directly instead of ringing. DND or any forwarding is not enabled on Polycom VVX phone but it is still happing. All other extensions are working fine. Same extension is registered and able to dial out without any issue. When I checked the logs, it says

[2021-03-25 18:47:15] VERBOSE[8856][C-00000005] app_stack.c: Spawn extension (from-internal, 713, 1) exited non-zero on 'SIP/713-00000009'
[2021-03-25 18:47:15] VERBOSE[8856][C-00000005] app_stack.c: SIP/713-00000009 Internal Gosub(func-apply-sipheaders,s,1) complete GOSUB_RETVAL=
[2021-03-25 18:47:15] VERBOSE[8856][C-00000005] app_dial.c: Called SIP/713
[2021-03-25 18:47:15] VERBOSE[1923][C-00000005] chan_sip.c: Got SIP response 302 "Moved Temporarily" back from XX.XX.XX.XX:5060

I tried to restart phone, enabled & disabled DND and Forwarding , even PBX server but no success. Please help me on this.

Are you sure it's registered? You can make an outbound call from an unregistered phone.
Can you post the (sanitized) log showing the registration.

I again tried to re-register the extension and call routes to voicemail straight a way.

[2021-03-26 11:05:00] VERBOSE[1923] chan_sip.c: Registered SIP '713' at XX.XX.XX.XX:5060
[2021-03-26 11:05:00] NOTICE[1923] chan_sip.c: Peer '713' is now Reachable. (63ms / 4000ms)

Try putting the extension number on a different phone. The SIP 302 error is generally initiated by the endpoint. If the extension works on a different phone, you know the issue is with that particular phone. Polycom phones are difficult under the best conditions.

I assume you have already tried to completely remove the extension from the GUI and then add it back. If not, try that before you try putting the extension on another phone.

Where is your phone located vis-a-vis the PBX? If they are in-house and on the same LAN the ping time that your log shows (63ms) is a bit excessive. It might indicate that there is a network interface issue on the phone. Make sure that its network settings are correct.
At any rate check also your chansip status data on Reports>AsteriskInfo>All, especially the ping times to see if that particular extension has a peculiar behavior compared to others.

Somehow DND was stuck on the polycom phone and it was not getting disabled from the softkey. It showed that phone is normal which created this whole confusion, however, I exported config file and noticed that DND is enabled. I had to reset phone completely. It started working after that. We are using Polycom phones for a while now, I never come across such issue but it was it know such thing can happen.
