Hi Team,
We are using Incredible PBX 15.0.17.24 on centos 7. I want to understand how heard voicemails move from inbox folder to old sub folder. I was listing these vociemails from UCP portal and they do not move to old folder.
In voicemail admin, I have found a setting "move voicemails to old once heard" which is selected yes. Is there anything I am missing here, it works fine for some extensions but not for all of them?
