Dial Out Extension Incredible PBX 2022-R-18 15.0.22 via Vitelity

So I have a brand new installation of Incredible PBX 2022-R-18 15.0.22 which is an amazing upgrade of my previous 2014 version of PIAF running on a Raspberry Pie for 8 years.

I really hate soft phones so I just had a Miscellaneous Destination that would call my cell phone if they needed to reach me. 0

To call back I used Zopier to protect my own phone number.

What I would like to do is get rid of Zopier and just call an extension on my system and have the ability to enter a number that I wanted to call and place the call.

How would I set up such a system?

So I've done this and added it as an option in my IVR however when I call out I get a message "all circuits are busy, please try again later."

Do you have an outbound route setup?

In addition to setting an "Outbound Route" ... did you do: "Settings | Asterisk SIP Settings" ... and then "Detect Network Settings"? If the iPBX installation is in the cloud, add a "Local Network Field" to the settings that represent you local LAN configuration.

As far as calling your cell phone, another option is to create a one-member Ring Group with the number of your cell phone followed by # (i.e... 6543231234#) in the "Extension List". The Ring Group number can be used as a destination in your IVR or called directly from any other extension.

In your DISA setup, be sure to set the Context to from-internal.

Solved needed to setup an outbound route with dial patterns. Thank you the logs told me everything once I thought where to investigate. Thanks for the help
