(Incredible PBX 2021 15.0.29)

I recently moved from a VM to physical Incredible PBX environment, having installed same version on the physical and backed up/restored from the PBX admin/backup page. Worked fine day 1, this morning, extensions 222 & 223 exhibit odd behavior. Dialing 223 from another extension exicits "Please enter the 3 digit asteridex access code", while dialing 222 returns "Please enter the 5 digit employee number".

I see nothing in custom extensions or custom destinations that might cause this, but obviously something is.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Check the feature codes to see if they are conflicting with your extension numbers

These are applications that Ward has created. They most likely did not work Day 1.

Code:
27. ODBC Application Support for Asterisk

If you’ve recently logged into your server as root, Automatic Update #4 added ODBC/MySQL application support for Asterisk. You can try out a few sample applications that are included to get you started. Dial 222 and enter 12345 for the employee number. This retrieves an employee name from the MySQL timeclock database using Asterisk. Dial 223 to retrieve an AsteriDex name and phone number by entering the 3-character dialcode. You then have the option of placing the call by pressing 1. Once you have created accounts for Travelin’ Man 4, you can dial 864 (T-M-4) to WhiteList an IP address for that account after entering the account number and matching PIN. Use the * key for periods in the IP address.

make a backup of /etc/asterisk/odbc.conf
remove or change the reference to 222 & 223

No conflicts with feature codes either.
They under Admin->Custom Extensions
You can then change them to 2222 & 2223 if you wish instead of doing those other excessive options others gave.

Or... move obdc.conf to obdc.conf.notused. Should work, will check in the morning. THANKS all!

That's where they are! I knew they were around somewhere, as I've changed them before.

Try something like this in your search engine
