TIPS Problems setting up on windows 11

Hey im new to all this stuff and im trying to get it setup on my windows 11 machine along with the windows ubuntu. When I do the pbxstatus command it shows a few of them offline as you can see here.



Also when I tried to open and login with Zoiper 5 It showed this and I used the correct login



if anyone could help or needs more info pls lmk

Those offline applications and not related to your Zoiper issue. You can run the system without them.
Do you have the correct ports specified for SIP / PJSIP?

I’m not sure I didn’t see anything specifying certain ports I just followed the guide

I didn’t get told to do anything in the app besides Login

You need to do some basic fault finding. It looks like Zoiper can’t find any ports on Asterisk. It may be a network problem so make sure you have a network connection between Windows and Ubuntu.

If you're using Incredible PBX, it means registering extension 701 would require:

[email protected]:5061 in Zoiper since it's a PJsip extension.

OR

[email protected] in Zopier since it's a ChanSIP extension.

That’s the one I used to login. But do I need to open that port on my router or something?

Is Zoiper on a different network than your PBX? If so, yes.

What does /var/log/asterisk/full show when you attempt to connect from Zoiper??

when i did startup command rn it said ERROR 1356 (HY000) at line 1: View 'mysql.user' references invalid table(s) or column(s) or function(s) or definer/invoker of view lack rights to use them

yesterday it said @noreply.com or something but today it says @mypcname

I’m not sure why but it’s not starting now but it was last night. The domain seems wrong like the username is different in the ubuntu vm

Is your Windows Firewall on? It may be blocking things.

Also what am i supposed to use for the domain where it says fill in host name and select provider from the list?

Maybe im putting the wrong thing?

update- TCP says not found, SIP UDP says found tho IAX UDP also not found. Is this ok?

how do I get web admin panel thing i dont see anything about getting that setup anywhere
