TIPS Incrediblepbx setup help - willing to pay

Hi,

For the last 36 hours, I have given up on my work and looking into incrediblepbx installation. I was able to install it but can't make it run. I have a business where we dial businesses that show interest to our service introductory emails. I have 4 sales person making calls and need a set up. All my agents work remotely so i need to have a stable phone service for them. I am willing to pay for the service. Can anyone help? Please respond and i will get back to you. Many thanks.

Well to be honest, the only thing I was able to do was to install incredible pbx by following instructions at the following link by probably Ward. That's the best I could do and no VPN and need to log in from the same IP that is not even static.

It's installed, and despite installing it again, the UCP Daemon is crossed. I don't even know if it is a problem or not. I haven't gotten to the point to set up sip trunking and I am looking for a professional to set it up. I want it up and running. I thought I was techsavy but incredible pbx proved me wrong.

The UCP daemon is not used with IncrediblePBX. It is part of the commercial FreePBX distribution but not used here. You can ignore that error.

Thank you @kenn10 for your comment. Is there a guide you recommend where I can see the next steps to set up the SIP. I am thinking about BULKVS. I also need a way to access my pbx from any ip. I installed VPN but don't know how to connect from my mac using the tunnelblick app.

As to a VPN, OpenVPN is the one of choice for IncrediblePBX but it is rather complex to undertake. Keep in mind that the firewall blocks all but whitelisted IP addresses so to keep the system secure for access by remote users, VPN is the right way to go. I'm not versed in OpenVPN so perhaps others can assist.

If you want paid assistance, I'd suggest posting in the Items/Jobs/Services: For Sale or Wanted section of this forum. But don't expect much response until after the holiday weekend.
