NO JOY Streaming MOH failure on FreePBX version 16 GUI

Is there any fix or workaround that anyone was able to successfully apply to the Streaming MOH problem on FreePBX version 16 GUI?
I believe this was last discussed on this forum 6-7 months ago.

Over the weekend I built two test-beds for IncrediblePBX 2027, one with Debian the other with Ubuntu.
They both still show an error message when one attempts to enter a streaming source (MOH type set to Custom Application).

This issue is single-handedly obstructing our move to IncrediblePBX-2027. We are still on iPBX-2021.

As I need to enter only a single source I'll be happy to do it manually if I knew how to insert the information in the database.
Any thoughts?
