I am trying to route calls to a couple of cellphones but I want the caller id on the call to show as the DID that is being called. For instance say my business #1 DID is 555-444-3210. If someone calls that number and goes through the IVR options to "talk to a rep" it then calls me on my cell # but my cellphone shows a call from 555-444-3210 instead of the callers actual number. Would this be the "follow me" settings or something else?

It depends on where you are in the world, but in most western countries it will be somewhere between difficult and impossible with the current laws in relation to spamming of CallerID.

That is not true at all. I call forward numbers for clients retaining the original CID. Those calls get a B.

What is the easiest way to do this? I have 3 numbers I need to do this with and 2 of them ring the same phone hence why I need to know which number was dialed. So if someone dialed 555-444-3210 I need 555-444-3210 to show as the caller id on my phone when it rings. Hopefully that makes sense.

It is the default setting in FollowMe

Got it. However in mine I had to set it to "Use dialed number". Default showed the callers CID.
OK and that would send the number the caller dialed. So the settings where changed.

I like to use a prefix, that way you can see the dialed number and caller ID. For example, if I had 3 numbers, one for a St. Louis location, one for New York, and one for LA, then I would make a code that reminds me which line is being called. For example, I would put this in the prefix:
"SL-"
"NY-"
"LA-"
Then, when a number comes through FollowMe, the callerID on my cellphone shows "SL-5551234567".

Now THAT is a great idea. I was unaware that was an option. I will have to test that.

Accepting the provided CallerID Name is at the discretion of the accepting carrier. Not all carriers will accept the presented CallerID Name and will instead do their own lookup against the presented CallerID Number.

Just something to keep in mind when testing and the chance the CallerID Name you set won't show as expected.

I guess technically what I do is use the prefix on the inbound route, and use the Clearly Anywhere app, so I don't have the issue Samot describes.

I use Ring Groups to accomplish this:
Inbound route for each DID xxx xxx 1234, xxx xxx 2341, xxx xxx 3412
Each DID has a rg
point the ivr option to the desired rg
repeat for the other 2 DIDs

rg setup
rg description xxx xxx 1234
enter the cell phone # followed by # in the extension list
scroll down and change External CID Config to Fixed CID value
enter xxx xxx 1234 for the fixed CID value

repeat for the other 2 DIDs

adjust the Ring Time as needed
longer time and the cell vm will pickup on no answer
shorter time a destination internal vm will pickup
