Hello,

I'm looking to buy a small Voip business that has only businesses as clients (no residential) in the USA.

I would consider any size, clients must be mostly over 2+ years old.

Please PM with details.

Hopefully, you'll find a good fit with your same sense of humor. :dots:

Yeah, for what its worth, I'd like that too. Reminds me when people call me saying - would you like to sell the property you own at 123 Main street, and I say - No - I'm looking to buy more - want to sell to me?

@krzykat : If you are interested I can sell to you my property at 123 Main Street in Los Angeles! It's in mint condition and very reasonably priced.
I also have 123 Main in San Francisco but it's a bit more money, better location and all ...
Barring any last minute surprise I should have Golden Gate in my inventory too by the end of the week (not the street but the bridge - its cash flow is awesome!). I can give you a great deal on that too ...
Unfortunately you're too late for the Bay Bridge ... just signed the deal!

Is it really that hard to buy a small VoIP business?

I don't know what you exactly mean by "Buying" - the purchase, sure easy. What is the right price point? What are the contracts, deliverables, there's about a million variables. I have clients across the country, but let me tell you the majority are nearby and for good reason. If you just want to sell to bob in Minnesota, now you're competing with ring central, and cheaper. We offer curated personal service where we essentially become a part of their company - the IT arm. Try doing that remotely - it just doesn't work as well. You looking to pay what multiple of EBITA ?

Hi, I'm talking about just VoiP service thats anywhere in the USA and has business as clients not residential, ring central type competitors, they could sell voip for $20 mo for all I care.

Have you owned a VoIP company before? It seems like you haven't.

With a small VoIP business, I’d look beyond the number of subscribers and monthly revenue. The age of the business clients, recurring revenue, contracts, churn, vendor relationships, and how dependent the operation is on the current owner would all matter to me when deciding what the business is actually worth.
