iPBX 2025 is the latest, but iPBX 2027 still works fine as well. Take your pick from the available tutorials.

IncrediblePBX-2025 on Debian 12 is rock solid on my DediRock VPS hosted at their Buffalo, NY data center (promo). As Ward said, iPBX 2027 is definitely a good alternative and it works equally well on Ubuntu. To make your final pick you might want to consider the OS longevity factor and/or your OS bias

Neither IncrediblePBX nor FreePBX are supported on Debian-13.
