TIPS sip trunk order delay

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone in the community can offer some advice or share their experience with VoIP.ms.

Lately, every number order I place is being moved to backorder status instead of being fulfilled right away. The biggest issue is that the process often takes more than one business day, which doesn't work well for my needs. I was expecting a faster turnaround, especially when the numbers appear to be available. if you are more experienced than me please leave a comment or dm on discord @ripknockerz i will reward anyone that makes it work
 
i have opened a ticket/emailed them 2 days ago, no answer unfortunately

OK IME they're usually quicker than that but I'm sure they've suffered the same decline in service levels we see everywhere. Give it another day or two, then open another ticket to ask the question again in case it falls too far down the queue.

would you guys be able to recommend any other alternatives that i can use, just local DIDs/local numbers for small businesses. My use case is just answering incoming calls. but geo has to be Poland. I would appreciate it very much
