pbx local or hosted
pc location
softphone location and model
is there a subnet router configured on the pbx or pc

With the configuration you describe you should not need a subnet router.

I have a configuration very similar to yours. make sure that Tailscale is up and running on each device on your Tailscale network. Do that by checking each device to make sure Tailscale is running and active, and then also go to your Tailscale administrative panel and make sure that it shows each device active on your tailnet.

The documentation for Tailscale, available from their main website is reasonably comprehensive. I set mine up many months ago, and no longer remember the specifics, but there are some quirks relating to settings for Linux. I am away from anything other than my cell phone so can’t right now help much more than to offer that you try to track those Linux idiosyncrasies down in their documentation. I am using Debian 11 and got mine all working splendidly, even with the additional complexity of a subnet that I needed to be able to bring my obi200 into the tailnet. I had to do that, because the obi cannot natively support Tailscale and i had to use a subnet to get it onto the Tailscale network.

Which cell phone app are you using and you are using tailscale 1000.xx.xx.x address?

Tailnet ip starts with 100.xxx.xxx.xxx not 1000.
Are you connecting to the PBX using the tailnet address or its external ip
Do you have all your IP's whitelisted in iptables on the PBX?
I use groundwire and had to whitelist their push IPs
Zoiper works on my desktop because its subnet and external ip is whitelisted

Be sure you've run /root/add-ip on iPBX to whitelist 100.64.0.0/10 which is the Tailscale range of addresses.

It is in my accepted range. I connected with my home Chromebook and a new android. My main android an S24 will not connect

Did you complete the web link step to activate Tailscale on your Android phone using your Tailscale email account??

Which cell phone app are you using and you are using tailscale 1000.xx.xx.x address?
I did this months ago, and have changed nothing, but for my cell phone, which is an iphone, I am using version 1.92.3 for ios. Yes, all of my devices use a 100.x.x.x "tailnet" IP address (not "1000...") as is mentioned above.

If the 1000 address wasn't a typo, that's the problem. There is no such Tailscale IP address.
