Blind Transfer help

for the life of me i carnt get a call to transfer to an other extension
tried the recall, #, ## but nothing
been playing for the last 2 hours
blind transfer option time outs
recall just gives me a dial tone
looking at cli shows nuthing
but i can use the dtmf on the bank phone ok

Hi

Sometimes, the phone itself does something because you have pressed # or ##, so the command never gets o asterisk.

Look in /etc/asterisk/features.conf where you can change the settings for blindxfer, another key combination may work for you.

What handsets are you using? I assume a regular POTS phone. In which case, what ATA are you using?

What does the output of CLI reveal when you attempt a transfer?
