GO HERE 2027-U PBX GUI and ucp not working -- 16.0.36 User Control Panel

Actually GUI is working, UCP cannot login, About 6 months ago manually :
fwconsole ma downloadinstall ucp --tag=16.0.36

Since it had been up about 1 year, i restarted and
fwconsole ma upgradeall

Now UCP ( 16.0.38.1 ) login gives RED box
' there was an error, see console log for more details'

What is next setp
