SOLVED Access and Passwords

Hi All,
After installing a IncrediblePBX13.2.iso I got my root password and admin password setup and they are working fine. Also I was able to login into http://PBX.IP/UCP with a user credentials.
Now, I am not able to login into the following URLs with any of the above credentials:

User portal:
http://PBX.IP/asteridex4
http://PBX.IP/recordings
http://PBX.IP/meetme
http://PBX.IP/reminders
Admin portal:
http://PBX.IP/maint/configedit/phpconfig.php
http://PBX.IP/maint/sysinfo
http://PBX.IP/maint/phpMyAdmin/
http://PBX.IP/config.php

Also tried "maint" username and the root password...

What am I missing here?

Too many sleepless nights between my kids and this project
I tried to do it during the install but got permission denied for some reason so I've skipped the step...
Now I did it with sudo and it worked!
