Adding externsion annoucements

I'm building a new version of PIAF and want to just transfer all of the voicemail, out of office messages and so on already being used on the production box.

I've tried restoring that section from the backup built into the control panel, without success.

Does anyone know the correct process?

Why not just copy the files from /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail

Thanks John. The first time I tried it, it didn't work. The second time, it did.

It was probably a permissions issue.
