Leilani is a platform for building voice agents using the OpenAI realtime API. Leilani connects to your PBX as an extension, so very little configuration is required on the PBX side of things. With Leilani you can do things like create service tickets, schedule meetings, and lookup data using the Knowledge Base. Custom function calling is supported which creates endless possibilities for what you can build. Since it's just another extension, you get to keep all the features Asterisk has to offer. Blind transfers via SIP REFER with extension mapping to ensure callers don't get stuck in a loop if the AI can't resolve their problem. Free beta and looking for feedback.
