I received the email about the ip address change for Anveo direct... and I went into the 'trunks' section and changed the one that had the old ip address in it to the new ip address as specified by Anveo... now I no longer can call or receive calls.

I also did add the new ip address to the iptables on the raspberry.... not sure what I did wrong?

Any suggestions?

Leave the old one and add the new one in addition to. I don't think they phase into the new IP until tomorrow.

Interesting. Mine is still on the old IP (and working.) The trace shows it going to the old IP for sbc.anveo.com.

OK. I just removed the ip from the pjsip trunk match list (and that should not matter since out going goes to the FQDN,) did a save and reload. Made a call and it still went to the old IP. So I did a server reboot and now the call goes to the new IP and works.

Yes - going OUTBOUND should still work, the real big issue is your inbound calls. Unfortunately, I hadn't setup the trunks for the new IP on all my servers today and had to go into hurry mode to resolve afterwards.

I'm also noticing outbound issues after adding the new IP. Calls are reaching Anveo but not connecting on a Digital Ocean server and connecting with one way audio on a server at Crown Cloud. Updated through iptables-custom.

Update...working ok this morning (8/21).

I changed the new ip address to the FQDN and now everything is working again.... so, I am not going to argue with the system and leave it as is now...

Thank you all for your inputs and help.

Well, that solution did not last long... system worked Friday when I left for home, but over the weekend it will no longer receive calls. I can make calls, but not receive them.

I added the 'disabled' old ip address from Anveo and now it is working again.... ???

They very well may have been sending from both. That's why I added the new trunk instead of changing the trunk to new IP. By disabling the old IP address, you are telling Anveo - don't use the old, force me to the new.

Ok, well almost... my main number no longer recognizes calls from faxes and the call is sent to my fail over line... so, I guess my system is not answering the invite from Anveo for the fax calls with that old ip address in the trunk list. But without it in there, I get no calls at all.
