On incomming calls, I am trying to get attended transfer to work. Blind transfer works. So some info, hopefully enough.
We are using X-lite softphones. These only allow one extension number to be assigned to them. I have added tT to the outbound routes in freepbx general settings. Also we are able to place a call on hold, click line 2, call the desired extension, hang up from that extension then click line 1 and do the blind transfer. But trying *2 doesn't do anything.
Any suggestions?
