QUESTION Auto-Attendant custom routing like FreePBX?

Hi,
I've been tinkering with my 3cx system which is really great. I've gotten a bridge to my asterisk server going now. But the one thing I can't find is ... how to route Auto-attendant options to destinations other than extensions or voicemail. It doesn't even give an option for the FAX extension in the drop-down. Has anyone been able to get an option to route anywhere "custom"?

Hello @sirdotcom

You can only use the Digital receptionist to route calls to the options listed there. There is not custom option. To route a call to Fax you will have to point a DID directly to the Fax extension
