SOLVED AvantFax Error 500 new install

I've done a new install of IncrediblePBX 2021 on Ubuntu 20.04.
Whenever I click AvantFax on the GUI it gives me an HTTP Error 500

I ssh to the PBX ran "pbxstatus" and FaxGetty, IAX Modem, HylaFax are all down.
Under Module/Admin I've uninstalled and installed again AvantFax but the issue persists.

I found the solution shortly after posting this.
I ran "sudo pear install -f MDB2_driver_mysql" and it works now.

Have you restarted nginx after adding the code?
