Having problems to activate international calling on International Plan ($24.99) from day one and this is for 5 days now.
The web site says that call to Russia Moscow to codes 499 and 095 are free, but sales and support telling that they are toll.
Here is the actual message. Have any one had the same problem? Any good way to resolve it? I'm spending money on calling cards while all purpose of Axvoice was to have toll free to Moscow. I'm about to pull plug on this guys...
