TIPS Backup Module Not Storing Changes

Good afternoon,

Noticed on a RasPi version that if i want to change a setting on the Backup Module it doesn't change, i have to delete the whole task then reenter it with
the changes i want and then it works.

Is it a bug in the module?

Seems it runs deeper i can't save nothing that isn't APPLY related on the dashboard.
Also can't edit the phonebook, i have to delete the entry and re enter it for it to accept it

Had already tried the above command, hasn't helped, the phonebook is ok i was making a mistake. It is only the backup module, i have tried upgrading it and downgrading it but the outcome is the same

That backup bug has been around since FreePBX-16. The only way to change the backup is to delete it and re-enter it. Again, you are welcome to file a bug report over at the FreePBX site I listed above. It is not an IncrediblePBX issue.

I do note that changes to an existing backup work correctly in FreePBX-17.

As to the Asterisk Phonebook, I can't comment as it is working for me on FreePBX-16 and not available on FreePBX-17. You may have a corrupted installation on your RasPi.

Mind you on 12 separate instances of FreePBX 16 that i have it works fine.

Thought it was a Raspberry Issue with IncrediblePBX.

It doesnt bother me to change it manually and add the task again.

Educationalwise i asked in case that was associated with problems elsewhere in the code.
