Hello:

I seem to be a little confused with Bluetooth Proximity Detection. Currently, all inbound calls gop to a ring group ( 999 ), I have followed the instructions here: http://nerdvittles.com/index.php?p=185 as per Ward ( Thanks Ward! ), but need to find a way to set this up so that is goes to a ring group vs an extension? I've tried editing the proximity script, and entering 999 as the extension, but to no avail:
ie:
deviceuser=WARD
devicemac=00:4B:63:D5:62:AB
myextension=200
mycellphone=6783456789

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks!

Ward,

Did you see this post? I'm also curious about a possible resolution, as I recently set up a ring group for two extensions (I used to just have one) and I now find my automatic call forwarding to my cellphone based on Proximity Detection is not working anymore. Calls get forwarded, but when the get answered, there is no connection in either direction. I guess the other extension I added is still ringing and it is then going to voicemail.
