I have an install where people are using the recording feature pretty heavily. When they record the call, I can log into the CLI and see all the recordings. The calls are recording properly. The problem I'm having is that when I log into the Voicemails and Recordings page, not all of the recorded calls have the icon to allow me to download them. For example:
Ext 1000 calls 555-412-3376
The user initiates the recording and talks for 1 minute and hangs up.
When I navigate to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor I see auto-12345-1000-5554123376.wav.
When I go to the Voicemails and Recordings page, I see the call to 555-412-3376 and the 1 minute duration, but the link to download the call isn't there.
Any ideas? It works most of the time, but not all of the time.
EDIT: I've found online that for it to show I need to have /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ in the General Settings Page. Maybe it fixes something for the future, but doesn't help in this case.
