Hey now all.
Fairly new and vanilla pbx2020 public install.

If I route my in trunk straight to Allison IVR and then choose Lenny it works but if I try to call Lenny directly from an internal extension or receive a call at my extension and then try transfer to Lenny it fails with half a ring and then a busy signal.

Best I can tell it's either an auth error of some sort (or congestion maybe? but I'm not really certain...)

What I think is the relevant console output attached:

Previous IPBX versions LENNY just worked so not sure where to look or how to troubleshoot.
All help appreciated,
thanks.

First have a look at the thread Lenny is back for iPBX2020 which should give some clues. That points to a long 3 page thread; and you may find page2 helpful here

It looks like you are using the SIP URI the one in the default install of 2020.
My PBX is using the Lenny Tutorial method, so the 53669 custom extension got deleted
