I have a client who would like to setup PBXNAF at their corp office and a couple of extra PBX's at their remote branches in other states.

We have the Boxes connected using IAX2 and can dial extensions with no problem.

They want one Receptionist to be able to answer calls for all offices.

How can I route an incoming call at a branch office to the corporate office PBX Recptionist extension?

There are a number of methods, but assuming you have extension to extension dialing, using outbound routes and IAX trunks between PiaF servers just create a Misc Destination with the number of the receptionist, and route inbound to that.

So simple yet so profound. (Sorry I over looked Misc Dist. ):banghead:

Assuming you have each box set up as separate connected PBX systems, the receptionist could be set up with extensions on each system. the simplest way to transfer calls from one box to the other would be to use an inbound DID for each extension and use that for the actual transfer. If the DIDs were provided by a VOIP provider that offers free calls between their own accounts, these transfers wouldn't cost anything for your client - other than the DIDs that is.

I'm sure there's a slicker way, but it would take more brainpower than I can muster at this moment!

voip.ms offers free calls (0.001/min, actually) between different subusers on same main account.
