Hi all,
I had to change my server location from Jacksonville to Dallas, with the same host company. They made the move for me by installing the image from the previous server.
I changed the IPs for this new location of asterisk with my SIP provider and I changed the IP for the asterisk server listed with Bria Teams.
I am having a problem. When I place a telephone call, the call connects and lasts about 20 to 30 seconds before abruptly hanging up.
I looked at the log from Bria, and it appears that, while the call is sent to the right IP for my asterisk server, the ACK (acknowledgment) is returned to Bria from what appears to be the old Asterisk Server Location IP address. I have no idea where Asterisk is picking that old number to send the ACK back. up from to send it back as an ACK.
The Bria Tech Support said: "That IP would be one of the gateways your PBX is likely routing through."
How do I change this? Is this a setting that I cannot access through the IPBX Interface and that I need to access thorugh Putty?
