SOLVED DediRock Offline?

I have a couple of VPS servers at DediRock ... both are in their LA data center, and are offline tonight, but both were working OK earlier today. These are both the super-cheap promo servers that were activated a few months ago, and have been totally reliable until today. I've opened a service ticket with their support to check and restore the services.
Has DediRock provided reliable service for others? Their status page has no indication of outage on any servers at this time.

The panic was mine. I was unable to reboot the VPS from the control panel. Support (within 1/2 hour) rebooted the servers and all is now well. Problem resolved. This is the first trouble that I've experienced in several months of use. Otherwise very reliable.
I'd still like to know how DediRock has worked for others in the long run.
