QUESTION Dialplan + Callfile Assistance

Fairly new to IncrediblePBX and the PBX world, as part of a larger application im working on im trying to utilize call files to make outbound calls to call my local chanSIP extensions which when i answer should call out using the from-internal context as its necessary to pass on the callerid settings and predial hook stuff that occurs when i use my sipphone and dial out manually.

Issue 1) Not passing on the DTMFString from the Call File
Issue 2) Unable to hear the other party until after the subroutine finishes running.
