Extension Voicemail Setup

I am us 13-13 and all is working fine except Voicemail Config will not save. Get the Welcome, before continue set your new password.. do that and all sounds fine. When you go back *98, extension, password it welcomes again and asking for a new password to set up system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
