Firewall/routing problem

I have two PiaF boxes behind an Untangle (7.0) firewall. The firewall crashed yesterday and was rebuilt, and now for some reason I cannot get either of the two PiaF boxes to route through the firewall. This seemed like a firewall issue at first, but I worked with their tech support and it's trying to route packets, but they aren't getting there or aren't getting back. We redirected the rules to another web server, and it worked right away. This is true for port 80 as well as the SIP ports. I had this problem once before and managed to fix it somehow, but I am not sure what I did then.

It's not a gateway issue, as I am able to get to the server just fine locally as well as through the VPN from another location. I just can't get to it through the internet. I ran disable-iptables (didn't help) and tried to run disable-fail2ban (didn't find the command). Any other thoughts on how to troubleshoot this? I went into Webmin but couldn't find anything that seemed relevant.

Thanks,

Kurt

Kurt,

I am not familiar with Untangle, but if it has a SIP helper application or a SIP ALG (Application Layer Gateway) try turning it off.
