Follow Me problem.

Is there anyone having problem with the follow me setting?? I have aded a follow me rules to my 231 extension and it is enable, but the call never goes out to my cell phone, and i don't know why. Someone else have problem with it?? thanx!! I have followed the freebpx tutorial about it.

Did you put a # sign after your cell number? That might make a difference.

Yes, i have found then if i call from internal to the extension # where the follow me is activated, it work, but if i put this extension into a ring group, like when i have a call from a certain DID, i want certain phone to ring and, it doesn't ring on my cell phone, it doesn't seem to apply the follow me from a ring group, what is the best way to make it ring on my cell phone from a external call?? i need all the internal extension to ring as normal without having to confirm the call, and i want my cell phone to ring and need to confirm the call some help would be really appreciated thanx!!

This sounds very simmilar to the problem that I am having. I can't forward an incoming call from the DID out again to any other PSTN destination across the same trunk (Including mobile). I have tried using Follow Me and normal call forwarding neither one works.

we must be missing something...

If you have the # sign at the end of the number and an internal caller can forward to the external number then it sounds like your provider is not allowing trunk to trunk connections. We have this allot with new PRI services they default as not allowed...
