Install ran per http://nerdvittles.com/?p=34195. However, there's an error on the UI: 'fwconsole reload' failed, config not applied.
At the CLI:
root@inc-deb:~# fwconsole reload
Reload Started
In Cron.class.php line 281:
proc_open(/tmp/cron.error): failed to open stream: Permission denied
reload [--json] [--dry-run] [--skip-registry-checks] [--dont-reload-asterisk]

==== Still having problems with MoH.

Yea, I had the same thing happen when I updated the modules through the CLI....

Code:
fwconsole ma upgradeall
fwconsole reload
/root/sig-fix
/root/sig-fix
Fixes this.

Today I upgraded PBX 2021 for oracle and got the error:
In Cron.class.php line 281: proc_open(/tmp/cron.error): failed to open stream: Permission denied.
I was not able to fix it with the above procedure!

Do this from the Linux root account:
Rich (BB code):
rm -rf /tmp/cron*
fwconsole chown
fwconsole ma upgradeall
fwconsole reload --verbose
/root/sig-fix

After executing the above commands and after executing the command:
fwconsole reload
I get the error again:
In Cron.class.php line 281: proc_open(/tmp/cron.error): failed to open stream: Permission denied

All I can tell you is that if you remove the /tmp/cron.error file and do fwconsole reload it will work at least for that one time. You might try rebooting the entire system. If a reboot doesn't clear it up, then something is amiss in your installation. Check for any of the ClearlyIP modules that aren't being used (trunking, etc.) and also for the OSS Endpoint manager. Those have caused me issues in the past.

Also, what exactly did you update from an to and what sort of system? IncrediblePBX-2027 is the current version and it is best on Debian 11 or Ubuntu 22.04.

After executing the above commands and after executing the command:
fwconsole reload
I get the error again:
In Cron.class.php line 281: proc_open(/tmp/cron.error): failed to open stream: Permission denied
If you're getting that error, then the /tmp/cron.error has not been removed.
