Backdoor Dialing stops working starting March 5

I saw this thread at DSLReports and verified it was no longer working for me.

could this be revisted? IN the article http://nerdvittles.com/?p=227 reference is made to freepbx 2.3 and 2.4 but I can not find the location to place the custom code for version 2.5? I have an extensions custom conf file but the macro-dialout-trunk sectoin is not in mine. I am interested in the 911 to email the secretary in our school district.

The context now is in extensions_additional.conf. Copy it over in the usual way and insert your additions after the s,1 line.
