Help registering SIP

Using JustVoice.ca as a provider I cannot receive calls.
I think it's a simple setting because a Zopier softphone registers easily and can initiate and receive calls.
(First SIP account on Piaf, Zaptels working great)

The only settings I entered were the:
Domain(proxy)
username
password(secret)

Piaf can dial out, but doesn't receive calls.
Do I need an entry the USER context, or USER details?
(they are both currently blank)

Been at this at an embarrasingly long time now, could use some guidance.

The only Inbound route I have is the default. It has been working perfect for the two zap channels. Do I need another inbound route for the new SIP channels?

I'm attempting to add another incoming route. What do I use as the DID to distinguish the SIP channel from the Zap channels.

can you post screenshots of your incoming route, trunk and the entension info? dont forget to remove passwords
