TIPS Host Incredible PBX server on cloud like Azure

Hi Team, I am looking to install the Incredible PBX server on Microsoft azure. This link shows that we can install https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/cloud-infrastructure-services.freepbx. But I want to know how the SIP trunks will contact with the PBX server. Is there any one who knows how to accomplish this?

Exactly the same way they contact any other server; get a public IP and setup the trunks in the configuration, then setup the IP address in the carrier or else register the trunks if the carrier supports that.
