Hello Group -

We have an opportunity to host PBX for almost zero cost, and we thought of taking advantage of this window and host some users/small businesses.

Here's my question about best practices, and please feel free to advise on the best hosting practices:

1- We're planning on one instance of PIAF per customer, any other way?

2- What is the best way for SIP trunking A) create an account with a provider for each user or B) build a A2B server and have them sip to us and in turn we sip to the outside.

For option B controlling billing is easy (at least I would thing so), but with option B how do we control the billing if customer goes beyond their time?

I guess any direction on the concept of hosting PIAF is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Nabil

Hi

I would recommend 1 Piaf instance per customer, and one VoIP trunk to each customer, routing out either through PBX in a Flash VoIP service, if you don't want to run your own billing, and commission will be paid on minutes.

Alternatively, run the minutes out via your own A2Billing server and set your rates. If you have sufficient traffic then we can talk about some wholesale rates via the PBX in a Flash Voip service.

If you need help with A2B, you can write to me at [email protected]

Yours

Joe
