SUGGESTIONS How can I find the best provider for my use case?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice from people with experience in the VoIP/DID industry.

I’m currently looking for a provider that can offer US DID numbers with inbound SMS support, mainly for receiving SMS. I’m also interested in finding a provider or carrier that offers a reseller/wholesale program.

I’m considering Star Communication / StarCom Partners as a potential provider because they mention reseller and wholesale origination services, but I’m not sure how to get started with them. I’ve already contacted their sales team by email but haven’t received a response yet.

For those who have experience in this area:

What providers would you recommend for US numbers with inbound SMS?
Which providers have good wholesale/reseller programs?
Has anyone worked with StarCom Partners as a reseller?
If so, how did you get started and who should I contact?

I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations based on your experience.
