I have 1 international DID country code +52 and i am getting alot of spam calls on it +52 624 (always the same country and area code as my DID.....)
this DID happens to be used for another country that is a completely different country code. +507

is there a way to block all calls originating from +52 in the caller ID for this specific DID?
do i simply create an inbound route for that DID but when do i put for the caller ID field?
i can put destination terminate?

Thank you
Ben

Create an inbound route to drop calls from +52. In the inbound route set the CID to _52.
I have a route to drop all calls from North America as I was getting a lot of spam calls with US CIDs.

The underscore character (_) in the CID or DID field is to indicate that you want to specify a pattern to be matched instead of a single (absolute) phone number. @dallas suggested that you use _52. in the CID field which means that the PBX will match any CID starting with 52 with any number of digits following 52, which is the purpose of the dot or period (.) at the end of 52. Without the dot at the end it will only match CIDs showing exactly 52 (and not 52123 for instance).

But if you match any CIDs starting your country code 52, won't you be missing your local, intended calls too? Maybe I'm misunderstanding your predicament, but if you are being bothered with spoofed spam calls all showing your country code and your area code (52624) in the CID field, then you should send all those calls to further processing, like call screening, rather than blocking them, in which case you would pattern match them with _52624. (with underscore at the beginning and dot at the end) in the CID field and to narrow down the scope you can use your full length DID number in the DID field of the incoming route.
