NO JOY IncrediblePBX 13-13 weather report demo

I have installed incoming lines to my PBX finally (thank you GVSIP!) and currently just have them pointing to the demo IVR. When I choose to get the weather report and input my zip code, it tells me it's looking at the weather in my area, but it says there are no current conditions and when it says the forecast, there's nothing there.

How can I troubleshoot and correct this?

Have you tried using an alternate Zip code, like 90210, to see if the issue is only related to your area?

I dial 947 and get prompted for a zip code. I enter a zip code and it tells me to wait while the National Weather Service is contacted, then it hangs up on me. I've tried multiple zip codes in multiple states.
