Wanted to say thanks for all you are doing with this system.

I have run into a very big problem.

I have done a complete install and everything works well. However, there is one issue.

I can not modify the DNS settings.

I change them in ifcfg-ens192. Doesn't take them. Seems to be overridden by resolv.conf. However, there is no way to edit this file. I have installed like 8 times now. Same result. resolv.conf has the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Even with settings are set in ifcfg-ens192 they are over road by whats in resolv.conf

For me this is an issue as we need to utilize the internal email server. So we have a manual entry that points internal private IP but the same domain listing external points to a public IP.

Anyway, if anyone has a way to make this correction that would be great.

Amazing how a simple nights rest will solve things.

Anyway, the solution is is chattr -i resolv.conf. make your edits and then edit chattr +I resolv.conf when your done.
